From our directory, choose the hotel you want to stay
in and press "Make Your Reservation" at the bottom of each hotel page.
You will be taken into a Secure Server reservation form. On the form select
and complete all sections. Do not forget to insert City and Hotel's
Name
Hotel Rates
Rates are guaranteed and are listed in USD. Rates are
available only through All Australia Hotels portal and are not available
directly from hotels.
Reservation Confirmations
You will receive from All Australia Hotels the hotel
confirmation with all details of your hotel reservation and the Voucher.
You must print the Voucher and present it to the hotel upon arrival.
Hotel Availability
All Australia Hotels does not provide an online avaibility
for the hotels but guarantee a confirmation within 24 hours.

Australia Hotels has been provided to us by the hotels. It is possible
that, due to building or management alterations, some services or facilities
could differ. Neither All Australia Hotels nor the individual hotels are
responsible for these differences.

FAQ's
Can I make a reservation directly
through the hotel?
Yes, but the prices displayed on All Australia Hotels
are available only through our system. If you make a reservation directly
at the hotel, you will be charged on average 20% to 60% more.
How do you check availability?
If the hotel of your choice is not available and you
give us a permission (see reservation form) to reserve another hotel at
comparable price and standard, we will do so.
Are taxes and breakfast included
in your prices?
Yes. Unless noted otherwise, all taxes and breakfast
are included.
Are your prices by room or by person?
It depends from each hotel. You will find this information
(Prices are per room or Prices are per person) in the
Price section at the bottom of each hotel page.
How can you offer rooms at such
discounted prices?
First, we have teamed up with local incoming partners
who have allocations and specially negotiated hotel rates. Second, we use
the web to do all the transactions which cuts our cost considerably.
Will you confirm that my reservation
was made?
Yes. We confirm all reservations ONLY BY E-MAIL
in 24 hours. If your reservation is made right before or during a holiday
it may take more than 24 hours. Please make double sure that you have provided
us the correct e-mail address.
Will I receive a voucher?
You will receive from All Australia Hotels, the
hotel confirmation with all details of your hotel reservation and the Voucher.
You must print the Voucher and present it to the hotel upon arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you make your reservation and cancel 3 or more working
days before your reservation is due, we will charge your credit card 20
USD administrative fee. However, if you cancel your reservation less than
3 working days before your reservation, we will charge you for the first
unused hotel night unless noted otherwise in the hotel confirmation. Consequently,
be sure that your travel plans are quite solid before using our service.
Do I need a credit card to make
a reservation?
Yes. We will make a reservation only if you provide
valid credit card information.
How and When exactly is my credit
card charged?
Your credit card is charged about 7 working days before
your arrival. Your credit card statement will indicate "Hotelsbook", official
partner of All Australia Hotels.
What am I supposed to pay at the
Hotel?
At the hotel itself, you only pay for extras such
as room service, telephone call, minibar, additional meals, etc. If you
pay for your room at the hotel, you will be charged double. In such circumstances
you will need to contact the hotel direct for a refund.
What if I am afraid of sending you
my credit card information?
We solved this problem by setting up a secure server
which encrypts your information while in transit over the internet. Anyway

Do you provide Visas?
It is your responsibility to obtain a visa if you require
one. We are not responsible for any action associated with obtaining a
visa.
When can I check in at the hotel?
Your check-in time is from 2pm onwards. On your date
of departure you will be expected to check-out at 12pm latest. If you require
an early check-in or late check-out we recommended you contact us in advance.
Can you organize Transfers and Sightseeings
Tours?
Yes. Through our local partner we can arrange transfers,
regular city sightseeings and excursions with private car and personal
guide. If not listed on the web site we can provide more detailed information
by e-mail.
